Multi Style Yoga School, as the name implies, provides yoga teacher training in traditional Indian yoga styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Sivananda yoga.
You will learn asana basics, anatomy so that you can practice safe yoga, pranayama or breath control, meditation techniques, yoga history and philosophy in traditional hatha and ashtanga yoga, Sanskrit names for the poses, teaching methodology, and more.
We provide 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour certified yoga teacher training courses. As part of the 200-hour yoga teacher training courses, we also offer short-term 50-hour and 100-hour yoga courses with certificates. This will allow you to complete the 200-hour teacher training course at your own pace and register with Yoga Alliance.
No, you do not have to want to be a teacher to participate in the 200-hour teacher training program. The course is also designed for anyone looking to improve their yoga practice or learn a new style of yoga. It is also an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a transformational experience in a traditional yoga school.
Yoga Alliance® is a non-profit organization that sets curriculum standards. Yoga Alliance has become the standard certification for recognising and registering yoga training schools and qualified yoga teachers.

To participate in the 200-hour yoga teacher training course, no prior yoga experience is required. Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga. However, a little knowledge and asana practice is always beneficial. To enroll in 300-hour yoga teacher training, you must first obtain a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate from a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga school. If registering with Yoga Alliance is not important to you, you are welcome to attend our 300-hour course.
You will be given all learning materials, including a yoga mat, a neti pot, and a notebook and pen for taking notes during classes.
Please consult your doctor if you have any major health problems, but minor physical issues should not prevent you from pursuing yoga teacher training if that is what you want to do. Yoga may help you overcome some physical discomforts.
We offer sattvik food and try to vary it as much as possible, but we do not serve non-vegetarian foods. If you are vegan or allergic to certain foods, please notify the office so that the chef can exclude them from your diet.
